Résumé
Publié alors que se déroule la 13e Biennale d'architecture de Venise, cet ouvrage regroupe des études d'économistes, d'architectes, de philosophes ou de géographes rendant compte des projets singuliers qui s'inventent dans des niches de territoires, contribuant à la création d'une écosophie de la ville qui s'élabore en inventant de nouvelles règles avec les lacunes du droit et des normes.
