Résumé : Durant le Week-end de Pâques de 1958, une grande marche allant de Londres à Aldermaston (Berkshire) est organisée par des citoyens britanniques pour protester contre l'armement nucléaire de leur pays.. Le film, réalisé par un comité de techniciens et cinéastes bénévoles suit au plus près les marcheurs et leurs spectateurs-concitoyens pour rendre compte de cette manifestation politique et de son organisation impeccable.
